Moody designs and manufactures his glasses entirely in Italy, more precisely, between the famous eyewear district, namely the Cadore and Valdobbiadene. 

Moody stands out thanks to the use of materials such as titanium and beta-titanium, which in addition to being very light, are also hypoallergenic. However we also produce a small part of medical steel glasses with cellulose acetate inserts. Depending on the model, the sunscreens are made of nylon or cr39, in both cases the lenses are certified and guaranteed.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  

Return Terms & Conditions

Eyewear must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

MOODY EYEWEAR reserves the right not to accept returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.

In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the client will be contacted by our customer care and will have to send a courier to collect the parcel.

MOODY EYEWEAR reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

• Rest of the World cost from € 30 / Time 3 to 5 working days

Send an email to info@moodyeasyview.com specifying RETURN in the subject. Once the return has been approved, we will organize for the courier to pick the package up from your chosen address. Make sure you include a copy of the Order Confirmation in the package. We will refund you using the same payment method you selected when you made your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. We will let you know as soon as we have made the full refund. If you have been incorrectly refunded, please get in touch with our Customer Service as soon as possible and we will help you.

OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
